Service

We provide software to issue open-standard verifiable credentials, deliver them to recipients, and verify them. Early access is by invitation. Features may change; we will not silently invent uptime SLAs or customer counts.

Your responsibilities

• You only issue credentials you are entitled to issue.
• You do not put recipient personal data into template text that becomes public document content.
• You keep account access under control (including passkeys and API keys).
• You respect quotas and lawful instructions from data subjects you serve.

Our responsibilities

• Operate the service with the security properties described on the security page.
• Not claim that verification of a credential depends on remaining our customer for already-issued standard documents.
• Provide issuer-controlled erasure of recipient contact data as shipped in the panel.

Liability

Early access is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions third parties take after verifying a credential, nor for mail delivery failures outside our control (recipient mailbox, intermediary MTAs, or an incomplete webhook configuration on a self-hosted relay).

Early-access draft. These pages describe the product as shipped today. They are not a substitute for a signed contract or a reviewed DPA where one is required.
